AFFILIATE WITH FASA
FASA currently consists of 17 leagues throughout the state, with over 10,000 adult members within its leagues, teams, and tournaments. Affiliating a league with FASA is an easy process and includes many benefits.

Affiliation Process and Fees
To affiliate with FASA, please submit the following to admin@fasa.soccer.

Completed application
-
Electronic copies of the league’s constitution, bylaws, rules and regulations (see below for a guide to create bylaws)

Payment of $250 affiliation fee (refundable if application is denied)

List of officers with current addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers
Once received, applications will be reviewed, and, if necessary, feedback will be provided for adjustments, questions, or next steps to complete affiliation.
New leagues are encouraged to host a referee clinic with a minimum of 15 adults, ages 18 or over, within 90 days of affiliation in order to help increase referee availability in their area.
